Dear Rodrigo, We are planning our 4th Annual Valentine’s Dinner and Dance at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic School. It is also one of our major fundraisers of the year and is sponsored by the OMOS Parent T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Accomplishes More!) This year, our event will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2012. Our Parent T.E.A.M. depends on people and companies such as yours to help make our fundraisers a success. We thank you so much for your generosity in loaning us 20 round tables for our annual Valentine’s Dance. It is through the help of businesses such as yours that we have been successfull in accomplishing our goals of providing our students with a great academic curriculum and instilling in our students the need to be people of Faith, LIfelong Learners, active memvers of the Community, and Globally Aware Citizens. Dear Rodrigo, Thank you for an amazing job with the Andrews Kurth Jeep Dining in the Desert event on Friday evening, October 14, 2011. You were professional, patient, totally accommodating of everyone’s needs, and just overall a delight to work with and we hope to have the opportunity to do so again, when we have a program in Tucson. Those haybale covers were a genius idea!!!! You are an event planner’s dream… very easy to work with and happy to adapt to our client’s ideas and concepts. A La Carte Rentals made my wedding!! I sent out an email to multiple vendors, they were the only one’s to return my email! They said they could make my evening lights for my wedding like the picture I sent and they did….I was able to dance the night away in dream like atmosphere thanks to them! I was considering another event and was able to view their inventory, was given a personal tour and had great updates and feedback from them, if you need something catered or have an idea of an event I highly recommend them for customer service, price and hitting mark the and beyond on your vision!!

Overall Excellent
Theses guys are great. I met them awhile back and they are good people. I send my clients to them when they need dance floors ,chairs,heaters,etc… They are really good at helping me out too. If I need extra lighting or props for a really big themed event. I can count on these guys to help out.
